The EDC Orlando 2025 - CGT Travel Package includes:

• Lodging 
• Food (snacks and post-festival grab and go food)
• Round-trip transportation / shuttle to the festival
  (Depending on group size, festival transportation will be passenger vans driven by CGT team, or chauffeur transport/bus.)

Key Details

• Early/Tier 1 pricing is $595 per person (based on double occupancy in a King bedroom).
  Those who do not indicate a roommate WILL need to find one. There may be others who are looking to share and we will do our best to connect people with one another.
• Check in - THURSDAY, 11/6 at 4:00 pm,
• Check out - MONDAY, 11/10 at 10:00 am.
  You may optionally add late check out (after 10am) or an additional night stay over on Monday - for $50 per person.
• LOCATION - The houses are in a development near Universal Studios, 15 to 20 minutes from downtown / Tinker Field.
• PARKING - there is NOT parking available for you at the house and you must plan accordingly.

Housing Setup:

• The houses are mostly King bedrooms (example layout below).  
• There are 2 upgraded king suites per house that have private bathrooms, those may be available for an extra cost on a first come, first served basis. Unless you reserve one of those, you will not be able to pre-select your room type.
• There is also a two queen bedroom that has no additional cost per person.
• There are "kids" rooms that offer bunk bed accommodations, given the shared nature of the room type they are less expensive. 
• If you do not want a roommate, there is an option to buy the second space in your room for a prorated cost.
